Absolutely fabulous stay. Highly recommend.

Liked: Food was exceptional. Bed was really comfortable. Location was excellent. Overall highly recommend this hotel.

Disliked: didn't like or understand the reason for the £50 you hold while I'm there. it doesn't make sense at all I spent about £38 which you took but I don't know why you take the £50 baffleing!

Liked: Ambience. Clean and tidy approach including the gardens.I inadvertently booked the incorrect arrival date and the young lady who booked us in went out of her way to assist. She was friendly and helpful, great customer service (top marks to her).
Disliked: The TV remote control didn’t work so the TV had to be operated manually.For non coffee drinkers, please supply more tea bags

Liked: the staff were really friendly, the dinning room and bar areas were lovely
Disliked: the rooms were tired and the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. the bathroom needs a toilet brush

Liked: Loved the refurbished reception & dining area.
Disliked: The room needs updating. The TV didn't work, only.3 channels. Think a fridge would be a good addition. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice but food not hot enough.

Great weekend and would stay...

Liked: The room was as expected and clean. The only downside was the bathroom which was tiny. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of choice and the staff very welcoming.
Disliked: There was nothing to really dislike.
