Liked: Been at the racecourse and the lovely staff
Disliked: Room was so cold my wife had to wear jumper , temp control in the room does not work its controlled from reception , I find that wrong indeed.

Great stay if you like...

Liked: We went for the racing. The hotel is great for this as it is right on the racecourse. If you book racecourse dining, you can walk straight into it from the hotel. Breakfast and other services good
Disliked: Only minor points, bathroom and bedroom would benefit from a facelift

Liked: Very good breakfast and a comfortable room

An enjoyable time.

Liked: The hotel was clean and well equipped. The best thing though were the staff; cleaning, breakfast and reception. Of particular note was Jo on reception. She was professional, kind and caring.
Disliked: All good.

Disliked: I did not like that the room was cold we turned up the heating but it did nothing , my wife was cold through the night , we reported it to staff at reception and we were told we should called reception , in the middle of the night I dont think so , also they said they could regulate it remotely from reception , if that is the case then why have temp controls in the room

Liked: we came for the racing so the location couldnt be better, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The only prodlem i had was the wifi wouldnt work and i had some buisness to attend to, thats why ive only given good
