Holiday Inn..Nice and Comfy stay

Liked: My daughter and I enjoyed our stay here. The room was nice and clean. The beds were comfy. The breakfast bar was awesome. The staff was courteous and friendly. So Holiday Inn exceeded my overall expectation. There was an issue with the city on our last night so the hotel was on a boil water notice so we couldn't get ice. However, the hotel did their best to accommodate hotel guests..

Liked: Staff was very friendly, room was very clean and smelt Amazing like cookies lol there amenities they have are very nice. And we'll maintained they take pride in there hotel and it shows. For the price. It's 10,000 % worth it.

I will avoid this hotel...

Liked: Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The bag the hair dryer was in was dirty and the $12 breakfast was the worst hotel breakfast we have ever had. Everything that was supposed to be hot or warm was cold and the toaster never actually toasted my english muffin even after 2 cycles.

Great staff and conveniently located...

Liked: Very friendly staff at front desk and in the restaurant. Convenient location to my event. Adequate equipment in fitness center, but a bit small compared to others Inuabe been in. Decent offering at breakfast buffet.
Disliked: One of the light bulbs in my room was flickering and defective.

Liked: It was “okay”. It was the same type of breakfast you get at other hotels except at other hotels it is included in the price of stay.
Disliked: Offer breakfast that is included in the price if stay. Not a lot of value staying here
