We came to Winnipeg to see my cousin race at Assiniboia Downs. We loved the motel and services that were offered and also the closeness to the race track. Will come back.

Liked: The rooms and the services. They were excellent all around.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Didn’t get to eat breakfast, as we had to leave too early.
Disliked: The hide-a-bed couch mattress was quite uncomfortable.

Liked: It was quite warm.in the rooms, couldn't adjust the temperature. But the staff at check in were super friendly and accommodating.

I'd still say exceptional stay.

Liked: Accesible location, amenities are good. Pool area includes a playplace for kids and other types of recreation/games, wide parking lot, room's clean altho a little bit tight.
Disliked: No stairs so need elevator all the time, one was out of order during our stay, we were just on the 2nd floor, minimum wait for elevator use is about 3-5 mins. Husband slipped on the bathtub almost broke a rib
