Great stay; will be booking again next year for sure. Breakfast until 11am would be the only thing I would change; other than that it is a fantastic hotel.

Liked: Easy to find and park great open foyer with nice bar area and place to sit and eat
Disliked: Although the gym was available other parts of the spar required a fee.

Liked: Staff all excellent, helpful, friendly, accommodating. Very good customer care from all of them.Breakfast very good.Cleanliness also excellent.Hairdryer had a long enough lead to sit at the desk comfortably and look in the mirror while styling my hair, excellent!Bottle of water, excellent.Bed comfy, warm and no noise from corridors.
Disliked: A drawer in the bedroom for items you don’t want on show on a shelf eg underwear. In the wardrobe or under the desk.

Liked: Very attractive , modern decor and furnishings. Charming, friendly and helpful staff on reception. Good location for Winchester and plenty of parking. Good size TV with ability to cast laptop content. Comfortable bed.

An affordable luxury!

Liked: Our stay was amazing; fantastic staff, lovely food for both the room service and breakfast, and our room was very nice.
Disliked: I was unaware the spa was a separate company and had to pre book a slot in advance. Therefore didn’t get to see or use the facility.

Girls weekend - comfy and...

Liked: Friendly welcome, rooms were huge and very clean. Forgot a toothbrush and called reception, one of their staff delivered it to our room in seconds!
Disliked: Could have a better variety of cocktails on the bar menu and extra toilet roll in the rooms where 4 are sharing
