Liked: Nice staff,I was late arriving due to cancelled flight from Melbourne, early departure due to anothe flight commitment.Stay- 2230-0430.
Disliked: Being asked from a lady of the night when I arrived at the front door if i had arranged her..Not a good look for business travellers, but i guess it was late and that’s what happens?

Liked: Have stayed here quite often over several years, great food at Julio's. All staff are professional and friendly.
Disliked: Issue with shower recess cleanliness - the floor/grate/corners really need attention.

Liked: Friendly staff nice breakfast room comfortable and clean
Disliked: We got locked out of our room something wrong with lock Richard very helpful called in GM Shane to help and eventually got into our room. Then the TV kept turning off and the aircon kept also turning off so was very hot overnight

Liked: Everything was as expected for the price. Would stay again. Comfortable, clean and the staff were helpful
Disliked: Didn't have a free bike as requested, but the escooters located all over the city CBD were handy enough.
