Decent Holiday Inn

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt comfortable sitting alone in the restaurant and bar area. The bed was comfortable. Easy parking and the breakfast was very good.
Disliked: The bathroom is quite small and the shower area is ageing, it could do with an update. The temperature in the room was chilly and took a long time to warm up.

Liked: Clean room. Plenty of choice for breakfast.
Disliked: Noisy with wedding on. Kids got to run around each floor in hotel. They were using the lifts and I had to wait about 10 minutes for one. Smoking in foyer which had clear notices of no smoking. No staff to be seen. Remote control didn't work. Was told I wasn't pressing correct buttons. Tried as they said but no tv for 3 day stay.

Liked: Reception staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful
Disliked: It’s a venue for weddings so was very busy and noisy on arrival. Bedroom was very warm, but you could open the window for ventilation.

Liked: Breakfast was fantastic. Room super and so quiet, didn't believe there was 3 floors of rooms above us. Best so soft and comfy.
