Liked: The lady who checked us in, was very friendly, and very interested in why we was visiting, which set the tone off for a pleasant stay. She was excellent, sorry dont know her name, but she was first class.

Liked: Staff i met were very friendly & helpful.Room was very clean a& comfortable. Very quiet location (If you're having full breakfast then i recommend buying the voucher on arrival.)
Disliked: Nothing to fault for my type of stay. (Overnight stopover)

Great staff, good value for...

Liked: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant. I hadn’t realised that kids ate for free so that was a lovely surprise. The hotel was very clean.
Disliked: I found the bed really uncomfortable though my husband loved it… There was an unpleasant smell of smoke but that was possibly more due to other guests than anything the hotel could control.

Liked: Breakfast was very nice. Plenty of choice and bacon was top quality. My Husband is a vegetarian so asked for some sausages which wasn't a problem.
