Bad customer service although the...

Liked: It was convenient to the airport and had the features we needed.
Disliked: Staff was surly and not very welcoming. The room we were initially assigned smelled strongly of smoke. When we went downstairs to get another room the clerk did not apologize but rather seemed put out. They did not inform us that they automatically put a hold on your credit card for possible charges so the amount we were charged was more than the Booking.com rate. Would not stay here again.

Liked: It was close to airport and free shuttle to hotel. The restaurant was good also.
Disliked: The rooms bathroom was old. The toilet seat didn't fit and could not stay open. Just didn't feel to match rest of the room.Also no USB ports in room.!!!

Exceptional

Liked: I just needed a bed for the night and a shuttle to get their from airport and back. The shuttle was there when I arrived and ready to take me back when I needed it. The room had all I needed.
Disliked: Nothing that I remember

Liked: Clean comfortable room.
Disliked: There was a boys hockey tournament group staying at hotel and I was given a room in the same hallway many of them were staying in. The kids were very loud, screaming and literally plying hockey in the hall right outside my room. And they didn’t bother to stop when I came out of my room and hotel staff didn’t seem to care.

Liked: Restaurant on site. Good parking. Lots of places to sit in lobbyvand hall areas
Disliked: Bed corner at top turned down, indicating staff didn't finish and also they left TV on.
