We chose the hotel due to proximity to Lincoln Theater. Hotel was conveniently located for venue, sightseeing, bars, and restaurants. We are senior citizens and felt very safe walking in daylight and nighttime.

Pleasant

Liked: The room was clean, staff was helpful in answering any questions we had. The location was decent for the price since it was near where we wanted to go in the area. I also like the availability of nearby stores and restaurants.
Disliked: The breakfast buffet was kind of pushed onto us by the server rather than letting us order something separate. I wasn't too impressed by the breakfast buffet options. The room seemed a lot more spacious in the pictures, it wasn't what I expected when I arrived.

Liked: Staff was helpful and professional. The hotel was situated walking distance to groceries. A pharmacy and restaurants. It was very clean and even offered washing machines and dryers. It was in a very clean and safe neighborhood.

Nice stay in Washington

Liked: Nice staff, clean rooom, comfy beds and nice breakfast. There is a complimentary guest laundry which is very nice if you are travelling for a longer time.
