Loved this hotel and the amenities and staff!

Liked: It was really clean and well kept. Staff was super friendly.
Disliked: Only one elevator was in service so it took a while to get to the ninth floor.

Liked: Most everything was very good. Service at front desk wasn’t good. Restaurant service and buffet were terrific. Asked for a room ona high floor. We were on 2nd floor. Surprisingly quiet. Room was fine for 2 adults - 2 children. Don’t spend much time inroom because it’s DC but no movies to watch at night. Very poor tv reception. Nothing for kids. It worked out very well. Hotel is packed with families and school groups. It was fun

Glad of the experience but...

Liked: Friendly staff. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Everything was expensive. Dust on lampshade and carpet not vacuumed.

Overpriced with poor customer service.

Liked: The 2 pros of the hotel stay were the desirable location and the cleanliness.
Disliked: The staff unfortunately were not very helpful. 1. Although we were promised checking in at 3, our room was not ready until 3:45. 2. We had to call the hotel front desk 2-3 times just to remind them to get us blankets3. Our requests were often dismissed, like when they promised us that they would charge the electric wheelchair we had, only for me to realize they never did, and for the employee to say "that is not our job" when the person before them reassured me that indeed they will charge the electric wheelchair for my disabled family member.
