Loved this hotel and the amenities and staff!

Liked: It was really clean and well kept. Staff was super friendly.
Disliked: Only one elevator was in service so it took a while to get to the ninth floor.

Exceptional

I am surprised this hotel...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Fan in bathroom didn’t work, there was mold, faucet was difficult to operate, lots of dust at the mirror, hole in bed cover, curtains dirty. Lampshade were broken. Very little light. One bed made awful noise, overall beds were uncomfortable

Liked: Great hotel with an exceptionally friendly staff, cleanliness and with absolute location & minimal proximity to the Capitol Hill! Most of the Smithsonian Museums were 5-10 minutes walking distance!!! Will Definitely book again!!!

Pleasant

Great location, but old and...

Liked: Great location close to National Mall.
Disliked: Old rooms. I had to struggle to get hot water for 5minutes standing naked in the shower. The heating and cooling system are old and really noisy. The office center’s computers are ancient and the printer didn’t work.

Good.

Disliked: Tv channels sucked. Expensive breakfast buffet.
