Liked: My husband forgot our diabetic meds in the refrigerator, we called and they said nothing was given to the front desk or written on the housekeeping. They are very expensive and we cannot get them refilled, plus we need them.

My family and I weren’t...

Liked: My family and I are in town for a baseball tournament and the number one reason I booked this hotel was for the indoor outdoor pool. I was not informed that the pool was under renovation until I checked in,also hair was all over the floor bathroom was not clean.

Liked: Good location. Comfortable room. The breakfast was very good and so was the staff.
Disliked: I got a smoking room by accident. It smelled so bad. The toilet was broken in the first room, so they gave another room that was also smoking, it didn’t smell as bad. The breakfast was not free with our stay, but was very cheap.
