Great option for a short...

Liked: Nice smaller hotel, excellent location for access to BC Place which is why we chose this location. Staff were really great and managed busy check in and check out with smiles, also accommodated our luggage storage requests before check in and after checkout. The room was small but newly renovated and clean with comfortable bed and nice bedding.
Disliked: This is an older hotel with small rooms, small elevators etc. Our King room with sofa bed had a very small bathroom/vanity area. Not a problem for us but worth noting if you have more than 2 people in a room.

Liked: The location was perfect.
Disliked: The pool was shut down. The television wasn’t working so we called and asked the staff to help. No one came to help with it. The staff were rude and unhelpful.

Liked: Great location. Close to all restaurants.
Disliked: Booking.com did not say that parking was extra. Though there was parking on-site, it was $35 extra. Think this should be made clear during booking.
