Liked: Staff was fantastic and very accommodating. No problem adding an extra day without changing rooms and housekeeping was great in working to our schedule.
Disliked: Frig set too low and froze our leftovers.

Liked: Room was clean and the towels were nice. Room had a nice view.
Disliked: Room was smaller than we are use to. Room had a nice view and great location but being on Broadway is was somewhat noisy with police sirens. Breakfast was good but spendy. Parking was expensive. We were not given at least an hour to park so we could unload our luggage and take it to the room. There were no carts to take your luggage up to your room. Lastly there were no safes in the room.

Overall pretty good

Liked: Rooms comfortable and quiet. Appreciated the light darkening curtains...makes for better sleep. Fridge and HW kettle appreciated and used
Disliked: Missing the microwave for leftovers when no time for restaurant. Don't like the #23 plus taxes for parking....I think it should be free to paying guests.
