Liked: It was close to my work location. The room was nice. It had a restaurant.
Disliked: Had an issue that wasn’t my fault and it did not get resolved. Plus an employee got very belligerent with me over it.

Disappointing

Liked: I like the location and the room was spacious, clean and we had a good visit until the end.
Disliked: The staff was very rude when I asked for a late check out. Then they knocked on our door several times asking why are we not out. Then again they badgered us when we were not passed our time to check out. Then after our checkout they called us and said why are you not out of the room and we said we had left already. Bad communication and rude staff members that don't care about your experience at all.
