Disliked: We booked a 2 double bed room weeks before our trip. When we checked in we were informed that we would be given a one bed room with a pull out couch because there were no two bed rooms available. No this was not okay and we were given no other options. Needless to say our stay on the pullout couch was not a good one. Our room was also supposed to be non smoking but smelled terribly of smoke.

Liked: Loved this hotel. There is nothing bad to say about this place. Very quiet, large rooms, completely comfortable beds & pillows, liquor bar & lounge, breakfast/dinner bar,(food was good and fresh)huge sitting area for visiting with a waterfall, close to stores & restaurants, convention center attached to it plus the staff is over & beyond friendly to help with anything you need. Definitely will be back.
