Disliked: We booked a 2 double bed room weeks before our trip. When we checked in we were informed that we would be given a one bed room with a pull out couch because there were no two bed rooms available. No this was not okay and we were given no other options. Needless to say our stay on the pullout couch was not a good one. Our room was also supposed to be non smoking but smelled terribly of smoke.

Disliked: booked 2 queen beds, put us in a single king bed suite. asked for extra sheets and pillows and NEVER got them. awful service.

Great stay at a great...

Liked: Check in was quick, room was large and very clean. We did not get our bed preference otherwise everything was great. I only had coffee but my granddaughter enjoyed her breakfast
Disliked: Noise of kids running around hotel

Excellent stay with friendly staff...

Liked: Comfortable, staff was very hospitable and desired to make us happy, very friendly
Disliked: The breakfast was a let down considering all the rest of our stay was excellent. While it looked like it would be good, the staff was overwhelmed due to the hotel being full. Food was adequate but I wouldn't say good. Powdered eggs were just that, French toast was hard, watermelon was spoiled, and everything was similar to a breakfast you would get at a low end hotel that included breakfast in the stay. Wish I hadn't paid for it when booking as I would have preferred McDonalds.

Aesthetically pleasing but customer service...

Liked: Beds were comfortable and the lobby was spacious.
Disliked: The lack of communication with the hotel about a broken shower not being able to be repaired. The automated response when you call the front desk is not helpful. After 2 calls and physically walking to the front desk did I find out I needed a different room in order to shower. The initial call was at 7:15am and I finally had a room about 9:35am. While I was able to shower my kids weren’t able to in enough time to get to our event.
