Great hotel for short holiday...

Liked: Very nice and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Location is very close to the metro station. Easy to get by car out of the city or by taxi to the airport. Parking available and free
Disliked: AC and Heating system might be better

Half term visit to Turin

Liked: although the location wasn't perfect there were plenty of "local" places to eat and drink to see the real Turin and not over priced Hotel was easy to find, straight off the tube and accessible to all areas via tube or local bus
Disliked: Staff could have been a bit more friendly. Felt like they didn't get many tourists type people little things like renewing the tea,/coffee making facilities every day would help
