Not good enough for the...

Liked: Clean rooms
Disliked: I booked this hotel on the fact it had a heated pool which was stated on the website. The pool room didn’t have a heated room nor was the pool. It was as cold as an outside pool. Big disappointment for my 4 year old son. The staff didn’t seem to care when I asked why the pool was so cold. The front desk didn’t care to answer any of my questions. The ice machine on each floor didn’t work besides floor 2. It took me going down to the lobby to ask which ice machine worked to find out only one worked, floor 2. As walking out the front sliding doors one morning it didn’t open. The front desk employee said while sitting down on her phone with her smoking vape next to her said it’s broken and I’d have to pull it open to get out. When telling the manger how my stay was when checking out she had every excuse as to why my stay was so bad. She said the website was going to say on Monday the pool wasn’t heated and that her employees should not have been sitting down with their vapes out for us to see. But that their owner smoked so they knew to go outside with their vapes or cigarettes. It was crazy how she had every excuse for them but never cared that my stay was fairly not hospitality for a hotel. Never going to another Hilton express again.

I love the location to...

Liked: I have stayed here many times as I have to travel into the Westlake area and work at Fidelity. I love the location to work, my gym (Lifesize), and places to eat.
Disliked: The stay price to stay Sunday-Friday is getting costly and I am searching for other hotels in the area to help reduce the cost.

I didn’t have a stay...

Disliked: I was told on the phone that there were rooms available and to come. It was like 2:30 am I was so tired. When I got there, no one was in lobby and no one ever came. I looked around whole place, and there was no one. I called, the 800 number and the called the front desk several times while I was sitting there . No one answered because no one was there. The 800 number found another location for me a s filed a claim to cancel and refund my reservation. It was supposed to be refunded in 24 hrs / . I have not received a refund. I will need the refund as soon as possible.

Passable

Liked: Clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The toilet didn't flush, my husband had to get a plunger. The facet handle fell off in the shower. It was missing a screw to keep it on and it fell on my foot.

Comfortable but not accommodating.

Disliked: Staff very cool and had to find them. The attached restaurant was hardly ever open.
