Being in an IHG Hotel...

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The linens were very good quality and clean.
Disliked: Initially, when getting into my room, the chair was tilted and I discovered the leg was broken. If I had sat in it I would have tipped over and fallen. I notified the desk and maintenance came and glued it back together. It would have been helpful to have an extra blanket in the closet, as with the AC it was cool. Shutting it off made it too hot, so an extra blanket would have solved things. I am disabled and the toilet being so low and not having a grab bar was a challenge. None of these where deal-breakers.
