Never stayed in a Hotel Inn before, so didn't know what to expect. Loved this hotel as soon as we walked in. It looked lovely; all the staff were so friendly; my 8 year old daughter had a great time - she loved the Easter egg hunt. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Disliked: The whole hotel could be cleaner. Room smelt a bit like vomit and looking tired and well worn. The passages of hotel need a paint and freshen up.

Comfortable and relaxing stay.

Liked: Comfy clean room, lovely bar area to relax in in the evening, decent food and good drinks choice. Reasonable prices for a hotel. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Was clean and not noisy even though there were dogs and kids there. Excellent breakfast choice and well stocked.
Disliked: New menu is not such a good choice as the old one - appears to be a lot of things with curry in it, which I dont like, but food we did have was very nice.

Liked: Couldn't really fault this hotel for the price, at £68 room only, 2 people, free parking and full use of the spa facilities it was ideal. The facilties were excellent and both the rooms and the spa were clean.We didn't have a meal or breakfast so can't comment on their food.We stayed en-route to Bristol Airport, it's a good location and has various amenities in the immediate vicinity (supermarkets, pubs, restaurants etc)We would definitely stay again providing the price stays low.
