Disliked: for two weeks didn't have any hot water and I was told after I paid..then they asked me if I wanted to cancel the rooms and I would have to pay a cancelation fee..they didn't compensate or anything

Liked: In a great location. Bed was super comfortable and room was very very clean.
Disliked: You have to pay for parking. On booking.com there is nothing that talks about parking. Very very limited on parking if you use the parking garage you have to watch where you park. Also, NO BREAKFAST included! With how expensive this hotel is and having to pay for parking a complementary breakfast would be great and off set the trouble, inconvenience. My room was super warm . Room 211 to be exact. I mentioned to front desk. The AC vent is in an awkward spot in the room. Had to keep bathroom door open (hate sleeping with bathroom door open. Sorry pet peeve.) so it helped alittle.

Super comfy bed!

Liked: We loved how comfortable the bed was! It was also close proximity to the stadium for our event.
Disliked: We didn’t like how the room had no window. It was just a sticker covering the glass. Was a bit strange. The process to check in took awhile, but nothing terrible.
