Liked: We love this location and it’s always our first choice when in town. Excited to see they are renovating! The kids love the pool and slide.

Liked: The staff were amazing. The hockey team staying in the hotel made the stay unenjoyable on the Saturday night. Sunday night was lovely. And the hot tub was broken.

Nice place to stay and...

Liked: The food, service and friendliness of staff at the Eave were outstanding! All three of us (professional woman 43, retired women --70 and 80) were very impressed. I appreciated the grab bar in the tub. We liked the little nook with the table and chairs in the rooms; we had two rooms. Great fridge in the room; lots of room for juice, leftovers, etc.
Disliked: Heating system was noisy. Noise in corridor and party room after 10 both nights we were there. A hand shower and microwave would have been appreciated. The tub had two dings in it so did not look very inviting. Paper copies of hotel and local information as well as menus in the room would have been appreciated.

Disliked: Other guests running through the hallway all evening, my grandchildren were upset , when I called front desk they did come deal with the situation but it did Impact the stay

Pleasant

Liked: Good location, excellent pool / waterslide for the kids. We were allowed to use the pool early which was nice, prior to check in.
Disliked: We had to wait nearly an hour in line to check in - partly outside and in the cold, and with young kids - because they couldn't accommodate early check in and everyone had to check in at 4pm. There were only 2 staff checking in dozens of people. There should have been more staff available, especially with a busy hockey weekend anticipated. This delay ruined a lot of people's evening and dinner plans. Our room was nice but right next to the electrical room and had to listen to the elevators run up and down all night.
