Liked: Had a good meal in the restaurant. The barman/waiter was a real character. Excellent service.

Liked: I like that it is near the waterfront and it’s clean.
Disliked: Parking can be tough sometimes.

Disliked: Cigarette butts at the front entrance and people smoking right at the front entrance. Our toilet wouldn’t always flush.

Room with an amazing view.

Liked: Great location, many places are within walking distance. The room with a view of the harbour was excellent. The bedding and pillows were of good quality. Appreciated the fridge and coffee or hot water station on the main floor.
Disliked: Some staff were friendly and helpful and 2 were not which made a huge difference to us. The hot tubs jets didn’t work. The pool deck was uneven and had lots of puddles of water which made a person feel like they could slip and fall. Lack of plug ins for our electronic devices. There were plug ins in the lamps but none with USB ports and our adapter plug didn’t fit into the lamp.

Liked: The room key did not work even though we went back and had our keys replaced.
Disliked: We had a peek view of the water and I asked for a room with a view of the harbor
