Liked: The cleanliness of the room was impressive.The bed was very comfortable and having a selection of firm and soft pillows was great.Also having an adequate supply of towels in the bathroom was appreciated and not being left with one towel for each guest.
Disliked: The air con didn't seem to work, this was reported to concierge 2 to 3 times before we tried going to sleep.With the room not cooling, neither my friend nor I didn't have a good night sleep.When signing out the next morning this issue was raised again to which the Concierge advised they were monitoring the air con through the night at 22-24 degrees, the sad thing is our thermostat was reading 16 degrees in our room.At that temperature the room should have been an icebox.
