Disappointing

Liked: I chose for it's location. The proximity to my working day was good. I also liked that there was a swimming/ gym facility. The staff were helpful and courteous.
Disliked: The whole building was very tired and old. The heating in my room didn't work well and the reception tried to improve it but nothing came of the request. A fan heater should have perhaps been offered.

Disliked: Everything, the room is small, the toilet and shower are terrible. Not enough room to even close the door if you are inside. Food was not great either , we had a booking with dinner and 3 nights had the same menu even on Christmas night

Would look for other accommodation

Liked: It was clean bed comfy was not satisfied with breakfast having to wait around for them to top up everything
Disliked: Breakfast not enough to keep everyone going kept running out of stuff
