Could do with a refurbishment....

Liked: Breakfast was very good.staff polite and attentive.
Disliked: Loose toilet seat in ensuite, hairs in shower tray basin area not clean. Fridge not working. Childrens swimming lessons in pool, jacuzzi not working. Noise from room above.

Liked: Premium room with free drinks vouchers in the bar and free drinks in the fridge, price (half board) is good, breakfast is good
Disliked: Whole hotel apart from hotel toilet & restaurant needs a refit, looks very very old, the usb connector near bed charge very slowly,.Dinner wise, not many choices and all food was 'basic ' food like currys, cakes, soup and salad

Liked: Finally got a room whilst M4 was blocked
Disliked: Very tired location . Single glazed metal window, cracked sink, very tired furniture. Very noisy all the time. Multiple tvs always on, music (not pleasant) always playing. Breakfast, just have the news, not both. Both is just annoying and not a peaceful environment. Took 45 minutes to finally get a room.
