Liked: Location, room, smallish pool but nice
Disliked: Breakfast restaurant just had really bad attitude and not very good food. Nothing to put you off your breakfast like a waitress with a bad attitude

Liked: RIGHT ON THE BEACH WAS WONDERFUL
Disliked: A COCKROACH CRAWLING FROM UNER OUR DOOR TO THE HALLWAY AND STAFF DIDNT REALLY DO ANYTHING FOR US

Not pleased

Liked: First room the air conditioning was broke. Was moved to another room where the shower door was broken. When we took a shower water went all over the floor due to the door.

Disappointing and an expensive room

Liked: Hotel was busy as the first day of spring break, the indoor pool had adults drinking alcohol in the hot tub, a teenager with a loud base music system. There were used wet towels everywhere, so no where to sit. With small children it felt like a hostile, a deeply unpleasant place to be. Breakfast was difficult due to the staff thinking my 12 year old was an adult and something about vouchers. the coffee was very nice. The hot breakfast was greasy and did not taste good. The cold breakfast was fine acceptable. We paid in excess of $300 for a room and I felt annoyed being charged another $10 to park. The hotel room felt dirty although it was not obvious. It was not worth the money.

Liked: The indoor pool was fantastic.
Disliked: There was a cheerleading competition and all it was so loud with cheerleaders running up and down the hall, banging, screaming, and just being loud so we ended up leaving the hotel around midnight and just going home. Hotel was great, just super loud and we couldn’t sleep at all.

A few unpleasant surprises, but...

Liked: Very good location.
Disliked: Had to pay extra for parking. Driveway area at property was incredibly crowded and difficult to maneuver. Vanity in room was dirty. Water tray was sticky. First night: no hot water and no heat in the room. No light in foyer of the room Light in bathroom was very dimMissing pull stick on curtain shear; curtain shade would not slide properly or close all the way.

Liked: Friendly staff , loved the indoor pool very nice place to stay to keep kids busy & room is only 10 minutes from aquarium lots of things to do at this property
Disliked: I thought my room was going to be facing the beach but i was still aboe to see the beach from the angle I was on
