Liked: We had our first room, and it was good the bed comfortable the bathroom shower was working the first day till the second day of are stay wasn't working.
Disliked: The TV cast dosent work when streaming with yiur phone and the shower dosent work only the bathtub when changing to shower. Had the manager looked at the shower and suggested us to take a shower in the gym they had.... I said that will not work so they gave us another room that un clean in the bathroom and hair on the mattress that was downgraded from a king mattress to a queen. The TV also downgraded from a decent HD TV to a crappy tv.. with the inputs not working. Most definitely will not be going back here agian.

Liked: The rooms were very clean. Lobby was fun. Location was central.
Disliked: Rooms were a tad small.

Overall it was a great...

Liked: The location was perfect! We liked the way it was decorated for the holidays! It was easy to get to and from all the landmarks we wanted to visit.
Disliked: The rooms are super close to each other and you can hear people in the rooms next door or in the hallways. Also windows did not block outside noise very well. I stayed in the room with my kids and had to make them walk on tippy toes and hush them all the time. They were awake early for the vacation due to hallway noise and thinking someone is at our door trying to get in.

Never, ever again

Disliked: It was obscenely expensive. The walk to the room which involved several corridors, 2 elevators and a set of stairs. The room was FREEZING. The heating was not working. The maintenance guy was sent to the room before check out time first thing in the morning, further disturbing the sleep.
