disappointed

Liked: the indoor pool was dirty and gave my granddaughter hives.huge disappointment.It was her first hotel experience.I always thought holiday inn was upper class and I paid more to stay here.Sadly,my lesson learned.
Disliked: The bed lamps and alarm clock did not work.Now ur survey will not allow me to select my correct feelings.The lighting was terrible.

Overall the stay was great.

Liked: Breakfast was exceptional. Both my wife and I would definitely stay here again. This was actually our second time here and it was because the first time was so good.
Disliked: Attitude of some of the checkin folks could be better. It felt political. The hotel is a place of business, leave your politics at home please.
