Too expensive to be budget,...

Liked: Steven was helpful however.. the cockroach was not removed.
Disliked: Room had cockroaches, it was dirty. Hair in the bed. Generally it was like it hadn’t been cleaned. Toilet seat was up when I came in like it had been used. Lobby was musty.
