Liked: When presented with a serious room cleanliness problem, they acted, but not very quickly. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: When I moved the bedside table to plug something in, i saw that it hadn't been cleaned for a very long time. Several extremely nasty Q-Tips and other trash covered with layers of dust. I let the night manager know and expected it would be clean the next morning and wasn't. When I checked out the mess was still there. They comped me a night, but should have cleaned it at the first opportunity.

Liked: The accommodations were excellent.
Disliked: I asked the staff to change the card on file for the payment upon check in and she had us swipe a new card over 5 times, told us it was handled, but actually never changed the card. The incorrect card was used for the stay when it was all said and done. Staff didn't seem to know how to work the point of sale system to make updates.
