Disappointed.

Liked: We were disappointed to learn in the morning that breakfast was extra. We won’t stay there again.

Very poor

Liked: the room size of the suite.
Disliked: didn't get checked in until 2.5hrs later due to our room not being ready was given complimentary breakfast vouchers for the inconvenience, breakfast was not good food was cold. no linens in room for the hide-a-bed took an hour to receive linens, even went to the front desk twice and asked housekeeping directly. Bathroom in pool/work out area smelled of urine.

It was AWESOME.

Liked: Staff were absolutely amazing!

Liked: We couldn’t check in until after 5 due to hotel not being prepared . No discount provided for hotels error . There was a charge for breakfast and no free coffee .
