My stay reminded me of...
Liked: Staff was friendly and answered the phone when I called to ask about a shuttle, explaining the schedule in detail and where to meet the driver. The shuttle drivers to and from the airport were lovely, very kind, helpful and engaging. Whenever I see wonderful employees I feel that the management must be complemented as well.

It was fair.
Liked: No explanation for the extra charges on my account.
Disliked: Explain the extra charges, and the agent was like whispering. Give me a break.

Short, clean and comfortable.
Liked: Comfy bed, it was quiet, the gym was nice
Disliked: The bathroom, the shower was not great. The base was a plastic style and it was cracked and just seemed bad. Wasn’t the same quality as the rest of the nice room.

Quick stay but very convenient...
Liked: very convenient to SLC airport. The morning shuttle doesn't start until 4am so if you have a 5am flight, you need to have a car.
Disliked: ice maker on our floor was not working so had to go downstairs for ice.

The worst hotel stay ever!
Liked: The restaurant had good food.
Disliked: Gave s the wrong room size first night we were there. Made us check out for the day while we were gone, had to pack everything up and check back in after our day out. Gave us the correct room size when we got back. The correct room was awful! Tiles wobbly and lifting in bathroom, huge hole in pullout bed mattress, huge bumps under carpet the we tripped on, light socket cover pulled away from wall and hanging there. Staff was terrible!!!! Especially the lady at the desk during the day shift, I personally heard her tell MULTIPLE people the they would have to contact other people or the general manager there was nothing she would do to help them. Wouldn’t offer resolution, blamed booking.com and did not care how our stay was at all! Complete disappointment both with your site and the hotel!! Will never use again!!!!!
