Liked: I really didn't like anything.
Disliked: It was dirty, no promised breakfast, no towels, soap . . They had NO regular coffee, only decaf. I will NOT stay there again.

Liked: Absolutely nothing. Booked through Booking.com paid for one night and tax when booked reservation for two double/queen beds. Got to the hotel to check-in around 930pm and was informed our room was given away that I should have called and let someone know we would be late checking in and they wouldn't have given our room away. To which I replied not only was a credit card given but the payment posted prior to us leaving on our trip The desk clerk said that didn't matter because I used a third party to book and they didn't have the money Booking.com did but she would offer us a king bed and a cot that was unacceptable I still after all this time can not believe the attitude of the woman She instructed me to take my issue up with Booking.com which we did. The customer representative said there was a protocol that she needed to follow and wouldn't give me credit towards another hotel. So we were penalized for following the rules. I need to add that no where I've stayed has been a problem checking in after checking time with out calling to say I would be in after 3PM because there was a credit card with payment given. I still haven't been given credit or an apology.
Disliked: Terrible customer service because I booked with Booking.com the desk clerk said my experience would have been different had I booked directly through them. I am surprised that Choice Hotels condones and supports this behavior if that is how you truly feel you shouldn't work with third party's period. If that is not how Choice Hotels or Booking.com wants to be represented please give better training.

Disliked: The lady at the desk was awful. The first room had no towels and the tub was dirty. The second room had no wash cloths or hand towels. The lady at the desk was not nice.

Liked: The location is good! Too bad this is the WORST hotel ever!
Disliked: ALMOST EVERYTHING! DO NOT GO HERE!!! AWFUL!!! NOTHING In the listing is true!

Never will stay at another Quality Inn as long as I live

Disliked: The service was the worst receptionist stayed on the phone the whole time I waited like 30 minutes just to get checked in she was just rude and nasty
