I was very pleased with this hotel. The staff were all professional and courteous. The room was very nice and very clean and there was no loud noise. It was a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend this hotel!

Good location for our event....

Liked: The location was good. Food was good. Comfortable bedding. I appreciated the GM somewhat addressing our issue after being disappointed after check-in when we realized we were not getting the room we booked for.
Disliked: I had booked for a King Suite but when we went to room there were 2 double beds instead of a King. This was disappointing so I called the front desk. The first gentleman I spoke with kept repeating you were "upgraded" to a double and it's more expensive. I had booked a KING so I did not appreciate him insinuating that we were "upgraded" and shouldn't feel we need to be compensated because the "upgrade" is more expensive. It's not what I booked, and I received no notification that what we booked would not be available when we checked in. This was frustrating after a long car ride there and simply hoping to check in with no issues but having to go back and forth with someone about things before heading out to the event we were in town for. It was very frustrating at first and disappointing. The GM, Frank, did eventually get on the phone and apologized. Said to advise "booking" and I should be given a credit of sorts since what I booked was NOT what we got. Thank you, Frank!

Bad

Disliked: They charged me twice due to their admin error and then refused to refund me.

Everything was great

Liked: everything was great. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Pool was great. Didn't have eat breakfast. Staff was great as well
Disliked: Every thing was great

Not happy

Disliked: The constant knocking at the door when we had late check out. The do not disturb sign was on the door. Also the loud vaccuming was a bit disturbing while trying to rest! The housekeeper apologized however she came back to knock again! All we wanted to do was rest!

Overall my stay pleasant

Liked: The breakfast was excellent!
Disliked: Hotel needs a few upgrades
