Disliked: Dirty beds made up, had to go down for new linen to remake beds. Parking Garage & Jacuzzi always "under construction with little hope of ever being repaired.

Overall, our trip was very...

Liked: The location was awesome! Nice Mountain View and many great restaurants nearby. The rooms and whole hotel was very clean! There was a snow storm during our stay and the staff cleaned off our car (we really appreciated it!) They also offered free valet service for parking in a lot down the street and returning the car to the front of the hotel due to construction being done in their parking garage!
Disliked: When booking the hotel on this app, it said breakfast and dinner was included; breakfast was free with stay and dinner was $24 per person. We got our breakfasts free with a voucher given to us with our room but the dinner was not $24 per person. The pool was said on this app and on official Holiday Inn website to be heat and it was lukewarm and actually quite chilly. One of the elevators wasn’t functioning properly, lights on buttons not lighting up for the floor we stayed on and buttons outside of elevator went calling for it.

Disliked: The water wasn’t working when I arrived-couldn’t flush toilets or was hands. The hot tub was not functional.

Disliked: There was no hot water to shower in the evening. The pool water was freezing kids couldn’t even swim long and the interior of the pool house was cold I needed a sweater on. The it was dark. Not enough lighting to see in the bottom of the pool. Dangerous

Liked: The location was convenient. The was very accommodating. The food at dinner was delicious and the staff was great.
Disliked: The weather but hotel couldn't anything about that.
