Disliked: The water wasn’t working when I arrived-couldn’t flush toilets or was hands. The hot tub was not functional.

Disliked: There was no hot water to shower in the evening. The pool water was freezing kids couldn’t even swim long and the interior of the pool house was cold I needed a sweater on. The it was dark. Not enough lighting to see in the bottom of the pool. Dangerous

Liked: The location was convenient. The was very accommodating. The food at dinner was delicious and the staff was great.
Disliked: The weather but hotel couldn't anything about that.

Disliked: Shower wasn’t warm enough at one point there was a burst of air and an increase in pressure and I got more heat, but the shower was not warm enough

Liked: Checkin and checkout were quick and easy. The room was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Parking: garage has been closed for at least 3 years, so you had to rely on valet parking, which was free, but I don't like anyone else driving my car. It was 10 degrees outside so there was no way I could have walked back from the offsite parking lot. My room was across from the elevator so you could hear people talking late at night. The windows were very drafty which kept the heat going on and off.
