The stay was adequate for...

Liked: Checkin and checkout were quick and easy. The room was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Parking: garage has been closed for at least 3 years, so you had to rely on valet parking, which was free, but I don't like anyone else driving my car. It was 10 degrees outside so there was no way I could have walked back from the offsite parking lot. My room was across from the elevator so you could hear people talking late at night. The windows were very drafty which kept the heat going on and off.

Liked: Comfortable room.
Disliked: More basic packaged personal items in the bathroom.

Hit or miss

Liked: Location minutes from food and shopping.
Disliked: Hot tub under repair and we were not told before booking. Garage under repair and had to use Valet parking. No coffee in the lobby and coffee maker in room did not work. Charged for breakfast buffet not worth the value. Wan t es another $22 per night to upgrade room.

Liked: The staff accommodated us even though booking.com got our checking date wrong
Disliked: Their garage is being renovated and there were no handicapped parking spaces left. My husband is handicapped ♿️ and we had to park around the block and walk back. Not good . During the renovation they should open up more handicapped spaces

Liked: The restaurant was very nice, and the bartender was awesome! Loved the pool, the room was very comfortable and nicely centrally located in the downtown area.
Disliked: Fridge was a little stinky
