Stay in room was comfortable....

Liked: I feel very safe as I travel alone. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
Disliked: This is the first time I stayed on the front side of the building. I know that that hotel can not help the traffic noises from I75 but it was horrible. There also were quite a few door slammers. But again that’s just rude guests.

Liked: Lobby was cozy feel not Brite lites. has small bar for those want a drink. food can be ordered and seating . Small drink snack option to buy. Laundry soap dryer sheets cash only . Didn't myself use it but another customer didn't have cash and they don't have way add to his room or use debit. Quarters. Staff nice helpful can't say all . if your staying in lobby it's nice .lobby is more nice . rooms I saw both mold issues not new issue. electric spray keep odor mold less notice only adds more smell does clear mold for those react to mold this not your place. If accessible really need look another place depending . Not siezure friendly or those affected by strobe lite . Not deaf friendly of blind friendly limited wheelchair never saw room accesible that I booked so cant say how will be. I personally don't find accesible . has meetings rooms in lobby area. Over kill on electric spray deoderizer for mold and smells gets overwhelming if in lobby long more motel in many ways but visual coming. In is nice. Rooms different more aqua Brite warm cozy in lobby Brite color rooms bit much for rest.cleaning more mold sanitation better the over kill in sprays won't be needed. It's non smoking hotel however people choose smoke any ways . hotels around. I would check room before staying several hotel same areas like hotel row . Like 5 hotels around . Getting out Ocala if going out of town cabs are hard get very high price compared other areas. so check into this before deside . Orlando Tampa area with be over double cost if even able get cab or trasport going from Orlando or Tampa to Ocala not issues but going from Ocala to Orlando/ Tampa area is over double cost very hard get ride . Cab shuttle trasport in general more deny you a ride if get one of looking at 500 plus . One way. Cabs in Ocala area you can get but if travel to theme parks or those areas or leaving Ocala out town even hour. very hard.
Disliked: Being lied to about accessible room pre booked paid for. to arriving lied to given room not accessible to wheelchair told they change me over 3 hours waiting after got back to first room housing keeping said wow horrible smell good thing Moving you that awful .all way back to lobby waiting again get card key and she told girl at desk not use that room same issues in same room as before smell very bad and moldy wet smell very strong again. so given room the new moldy issues. I moved after 3 hours wait to get room accessible to include pot filled elevator even staff with me remarked on smell me allergic swelled up had take meds calm it. Could not even get shower room somehow upgrade was worse shape then original room photos are of 2 room upgraded better room still not accessible for roll in shower that booked ahead turn out rooms booked already instead telling me on arrival they lied hours . Next day I told only two rooms in hotel are accessible roll in shower on 2 floor . I was in town for funeral so was hard enough time add more issues and 160 plus stay . breakfast starts 9 she say, which wrong so paid breakfast eggs as see flip it, over cooked. Fire alarms went off no one much cared .staff More say probably someone smoking more disregard it. no one was aware why. people should be safe first until aware no fire . alarms sound dont wait for blaze move out. not fun but safety first being have sizures strobe flasher had me unable to move see . terrifying being not aware no safety. alarms stay on high Pitch sound stayed hours I left 6 hour later cab leave still going . electric issues fire dept can't help they waiting for company fix electric issue maybe unclog dust filled vents more cleaning put attention to rooms sanitary and all over. For upper level price I seen better rooms at basic motel. lobby is visual Nice rooms need more care cleaning. If need you need accessible only 2 rooms 2 floorfor wheelchairs.
