Upset with the billing system

Disliked: I was charged the wrong amount, they said that I have to contact Booking.com because it was a mistake by them. I made a phone call and I made a claim , sent all the information and I been waiting since then for a refund.

A mistake by Booking app...

Disliked: First when I arrived they said that I had two reservations that wasn’t true because it was me and my husband, but when I checked the app for any unknown reason the reservation was repeated, and that was a mistake by the app because when I tried to choose a room it said no longer available, I get another room choose, and it was available. The total was $357.64 . Booking was trying to take off money for other room in my account. Last time I booked with Booking I was charged the wrong amount, I did a claim and I still waiting for the refund.

So many things we liked...

Liked: Decorated in a funky way (the swamp theme). Large, spacious foyer and gathering area. Front desk people were friendly. Both rooms we've had so far have been extremely quiet. The suite we got at a great price so that was a huge bonus. Beds are very comfortable.
Disliked: The suite we had (room 201) could have used more or brighter lighting. It was pretty dim.
