We visit McKinney often, this...

Liked: Excellent location, clean and modern facility. There was a little mix up with my reservation (made by a 3rd party) and the desk clerk was wonderful to accommodate us anyway! We had to leave very early, so we didn't experience breakfast.

Liked: Everything was clean, the staff were super accommodating, and the rooms stayed cold!

Liked: Great location and fairly clean.
Disliked: The room was a little outdated and needed some touching up. Pillows were jumbo and not very comfortable. I was also disappointed that the breakfast was now $9.99 per person. I've always received free breakfast when staying at Holiday Inn, which is one reason I chose Holiday Inn over other hotles. So that was a let-down.

Disliked: The (Mexican Lady) I can’t think of her name every time I asked for Towels (Which was maybe two times) she caught a attitude and acted like she didn’t wanna be their and when I said thank you she just looked at me Very Rude I Traveled 2 hours away to stay at this hotel
