Liked: The room was OK needed more light the light was dem in the breakfast was ok
Disliked: I didn't like when we call the hotel to see did we left our bag their was no help. They didn't even try and the hot tub was not hot

Liked: Love the staff always friendly, love how clean it is, very quiet and relaxing, love the indoor pool and hot tub! The bar is lovely
Disliked: I always book here and love it but this time they didn’t have towels and the hot tub was cold the main reason I always book is because I love the indoor hot tub! Other then that it’s always great staying here

Disliked: They didn't have my room for the time requested, and the girl at reception was very rude in her service.

Liked: Derrick was very helpful & pleasant.
Disliked: I found someone else hair in the bed. It appeared that the sheets on the bed had not been changed. Not enough towels in the room, and there were no big towels available. Even with the do not disturb sign out, someone still entered my room.

My stay was terrible.

Disliked: When we got there and we got to our room it was locked and people were showering in our room so we did not get to stay in the room we had booked. The pillow was disgusting (I have pictures) it had black stuff all over it in the room we had to stay in. The lady at the front desk did not inform the staff for the next day. When we checked out they had no idea we were in a different room or of anything that happened. I am incredibly disappointed.
