Liked: Girl checking in was completely rude . I got charged twice then she refused to give me a refund or even a receipt so I could prove she charged me the next morning..

Nice room, with a comfy...

Liked: Good breakfast. We loved having a shower instead of a tub/shower. Now you need taller toilets!!
Disliked: Tall toilets!

tub needs some draino

Disliked: We stayed in room 227 and the tub was clogged. Whenever anyone got out of the shower, we were standing ankle deep in water.

It was ok.

Liked: The bar and kitchen staff worked their tails off doing the best they could being way understaffed.
Disliked: Dinner menu was extremely limited. Requested a shuttle to the airport driver was late so had to order an Uber to make it on time.

Never again Holiday Inn!

Disliked: We ordered from the menu for breakfast. It took forever so we could not eat with some who took the buffet. The eggs were salty and greasy. The waitress said that the cook is very slow which indicates that it is known that this is a problem and hasn‘t been fixed. he treadmill was out of order so i had to run outside in the rain in an area i was not familiar with.It was a family gathering and when we arrived and they told us the bar was closed that was terrible, we had planned to sit at the bar together to catch up during the weekend. We also requested on check in to have our room made up only to find out when we returned at 5:00pm that our room was not touched, not even clean towels. The lady at the desk brought us some towels and said she would give us 1000 points. When we realized the value of 1000 points it was like a slap in the face. The staff also was very UNfriendly. Based on these issues your price you charged was a ripoff.
