Fab stay!

Liked: We had a wonderful time. Great room and facilities! It was clean and super spacious.
Disliked: Nothing! It was great!

Liked: Decor, location. Girl on the front desk was nice.
Disliked: I could hear dripping water, but it wasn't in my room. It was coming from the pipes in the bathroom, but there was nothing I could do to stop it. It kept me up because I can't stand noises like that!Also, the day before my stay, the IHG Reservations desk contacted me, telling me my type of room was no longer available due to a maintenance issue, and they'd be willing to let me cancel my booking. This annoyed me, given that my booking had been in place for many months and was excited about my stay and attendance to A Day on the Green. I instructed that they contact another guest instead.

Great hotel, avoid fire alarms.

Liked: Bar was a nice spot to work from at night. Nice staff.
Disliked: Fire alarm destroyed my Thursday evening. I understand there can be fire alarms when there is no fire, but there was ZERO explanation to why it went off and why we spent too long outside in the cold. And, going back in, I asked if the bar was going to be open to sooth my pain, but no. It was really badly managed. I might have well slept on the street. To make this extremely worse, I was preparing for a very significant work event the next day and had to check out very early and had hardly any sleep. My work was underdone and I was underprepared. This absolutely destroyed my experience at your hotel.
