Liked: The location and it was very clean. Staff were respectful and so were the guest.
Disliked: My toilet in my room was stopped up the entire night and there was no overnight crew to help me with my disabled son to have access to a comode. The lady on duty at 1 am instructed me that she couldn’t leave her desk to find me a plunger. I ended up leaving after 1 day instead of staying my entire 4 day visit because of how we were treated. My insurance company found us a more suitable hotel in the area. Call the next day to speak to a manager and all my information was taken down but she or he never called.
