Disliked: I was very surprised we had to pay for parking, even though we were just parked there for the night for both nights

Should have stayed at Holiday...

Liked: The staff were very friendly, the beds were comfortable and the hotel was located within a short walking distance to Main Street dining, shopping and activities!
Disliked: Our room was filthy…with coffee stains on the walls, dirty/used washcloths still hanging in the bathroom…and a shower that had pink and black mold all around its base. When my wife and I reported the room conditions to reception, the employee (while very friendly) said thank you but offered no solutions, discounts or apologies! Lastly, why is there a charge for breakfast here when Holiday Inn Express does not charge? We paid way too much money for room conditions like this…which was only exacerbated by having to spend even more money on breakfast! Luckily, there was a great French Bakery/Restaurant near Main Street!

Don’t stay here. Simple enough

Liked: Honestly not much. The front desk agent at night was very friendly that’s about it
Disliked: Well for starters it’s a pet friendly property but because our dog barks (there were complaints. Apparently). We couldn’t take our dog to the restaurant downstairs but we also couldn’t leave our dog in the room? So how was we supposed to eat? The restaurant staff were terrible. The bartender was the only friendly person. It took over an hour for a salad and a burger in a restaurant that had maybe two people sitting at a bar. And the salad looked like they just threw it in the to go box. In one of our rooms the bathtub had a dirty wet towel in it and stains all over the sheets. The property is overpriced. I wouldn’t return to the hotel or the area. Very shady place

Disliked: Logic would dictate that if there are 2 beds then there probably at least 2 people in the room therefore 2 chairs wouldbe nice.

Disappointing! Very disappointed.

Liked: It was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Could not reach any staff during our stay; service was not available. Nobody answering the phone when we attempted to get assistance we could not. I left a bag at checkout, my mistake. I called as soon as I realized that I had left it. The bag held medication that I really need; the staff from the manager to distract manager each said they would look for it and call me back. Not one person called me back. When I called repeatedly the response did not make me feel they even care. When I asked if they had reviewed the security tapes the response was no. I am very disappointed and will choose alternative properties for all our future travels.
