Liked: I ordered a two queen size bed room and was set into a one king size bed room with no sofa couch or rollaway cots available. I would like a full return for this purchase because it was not at all what I paid for.

Liked: Upon arrival the property was beautiful and we were excited to be staying. Then the nightmare started.
Disliked: It took over an hour to check in as there were "no clean rooms" and how this was not the front desks problem as this was not her department. Follow that up with broken windows shades,broken light switches, and the neighbors playing the bongo drums. And the breakfast buffet was very lack luster. The food was cold, and what was available was limited and unappatizing. Honestly, worst stay ever. Oh, and don't forget the fire alarm going off that not a single staff member knew what they were supposed to do. In fact, they allowed guests to continue to use the elevator
