Disliked: When we got there, they had to send me back to another hotel. They were remodeling and could not except anyone. You would think they would let you no sooner. The thing is, too, I couldn't cancel or I would lose my money, but they can pull something like this.

Liked: I did not eat the breakfast but I enjoyed the area we stayed in, it was located near everything or place you need.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.

Disliked: It was disgusting we found bedbugs in the room and I was supposed to get a refund and I check out sat morning and still no refund

Liked: It was a pleasant stay after checking in at approx. 9:00 that evening. Everything in the room worked well…although the bathroom is very small, the water was Hot when I wanted hot and Cold when I wanted cold, and with good water pressure for showering! The room was nice and clean with fresh, clean bedding and the TV worked! The staff were really, really nice and pleasant. Had a very nice stay!
Disliked: The breakfast was okay for the expense. It actually looked to be a bit better on the morning I checked out than on the morning before. The only glitch worth mentioning was that there was no one able to check me in my room when I arrived at 3:30pm. Turned out I needed to leave before someone could get there. I understand there was somewhat of an emergency and the backup person got there just within 30 mins. of my leaving back out. It wasn’t anyone’s fault that the person who was supposed to be there at 3:00 couldn’t because of an emergency.
