Disappointing

Liked: The location had a lot of food options around and the interstate was close
Disliked: My room was booked for 6 I had to ask for extra towels and rags but could not get any cause housekeeping staff was not available at night couldn't get access to toiletries as well, said breakfast included but when arrived and hotel they said that it was a 12.95 charge per person per day charge and the food selection was horrible. And the staff wasn't really knowledgeable about hotel policies.

Disliked: How y'all charge me three different times and said it was generated when nothing is generated y'all have to charge the card your self it's like you have to push enter to approve it

Liked: The option to extend to a late check out was based off what status of a customer is and that is not right. I was very upset about that.

Disliked: Breakfast area was under construction, so breakfast was not typical. They did provide Chick Fillet and one other side each day, but nothing to drink besides coffee.

Great place to stay, just...

Liked: Was in a good area, close to lots of things but not in the thick of it. The front desk man was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and bed comfy.
Disliked: The elevators were not working so we had to carry a big suitcase up and down the staircase to 5th floor. Not fun.
