Not great!

Liked: Beautiful lobby
Disliked: Beautiful lobby but very disappointed because we weren’t able to use it! We had a large group for a wrestling tournament and were expecting to have a team dinner Saturday night and couldn’t have food or drinks in the lobby due to the bar/restaurant being open! Unacceptable! Sunday night again we wanted to have a team dinner with about 30-40 people and agin told we couldn’t… BOTH the bar & restaurant were closed! No staff on to accommodate our needs of a gathering space for our team!! Very very unacceptable!! After calling hotel manager and leaving 2 messages, there was no return call and our 30-40 people made ourselves comfortable in ONE SINGLE ROOM AND THE HALLWAYS! Which meant upsetting other guests…. But if the lobby was open to their guests this wouldn’t have been an issue and the children wouldn’t have been disturbing guests… again there was probably 15-20 children looking for something to do… The pool had way too much chlorine, everyone that spent more then 5 minutes in the pool area walked out coughing and hard time breathing and burning eyes.
