HORRIBLE!!!!

Liked: NOTHING!
Disliked: We checked in on the 25th of September and we were told they did not have our reservation. I showed them confirmation e-mails and they still could not find our reservation. They did not offer us another room, so we left. We made another reservation at a different hotel, non-refundable. Holiday Inn then called & said they had found our reservation, I explained we had already made a new reservation and would not stay at their hotel. We were charged anyway!!!! This was NOT our fault. We were there & tried to check in.I will NEVER stay at a Holiday Inn again.

Liked: Rooms were great! The lobby-bar- restaurant was so welcoming and comfortable for our family with young kids! Food was fantastic!
