Disliked: The sauna had been removed, but, when I called to ask about the hot tub and sauna, l was told they were up and running. The staff was not very accommodating and helpful. The front desk sent me to the restaurant to ask for 3 paper plates and napkins - the restaurant was annoyed and told me to go ask the front desk - I said they’re the ones who sent me to the restaurant- instead of helping, the restaurant staff said that the front desk knows they don’t have any and shouldn’t have done that. So, no one gave me paper plates because they thought it was the other person’s job.

Liked: The facility was so clean, and the staff was so professional and courtesy. The breakfast and the staff were AMAZING! We were expecting a smaller breakfast. OMG! I usually stay at another hotel, but I think I am back at the Hilton permanently. I LOVED it!!
Disliked: Absolutely noting was wrong!!!
