Liked: I liked the fact that I was able to bring my pet since we were from out of town. The staff was wonderful and courteous.
Disliked: I saw breakfast included which was the main reason I booked the hotel. But when I asked about it the next morning I was told it didn’t have it. This greatly marred my experience since my spouse and I are diabetic and needed to eat.

Disliked: The sauna had been removed, but, when I called to ask about the hot tub and sauna, l was told they were up and running. The staff was not very accommodating and helpful. The front desk sent me to the restaurant to ask for 3 paper plates and napkins - the restaurant was annoyed and told me to go ask the front desk - I said they’re the ones who sent me to the restaurant- instead of helping, the restaurant staff said that the front desk knows they don’t have any and shouldn’t have done that. So, no one gave me paper plates because they thought it was the other person’s job.
