Liked: I was turned away and never stayed Booking.com never refunded money. The staff were rude. I reside less than 40 miles from hotel and they wouldn't accept booking reservation. Still waiting for refund

deceiving advertisement

Liked: the location and adminities
Disliked: they were not helpful, I booked on line the hotel said free breakfast, but it's only free if u pick the right option. tried to get it fixed before and at check in. but was told they couldn't do anything. only one room had free breakfast. then at breakfast when trying to pay for the other 3 breakfast got changed 20$ extra for having 5 people at breakfast. tub in rooms didn't drain had to share showers in the other rooms.
