Disliked: Upon arrival at the property I was checking in and I was not greeted with a smile nor any expression. The young lady standing there requested for my identification. I handed here what she requested. And when she viewed on my home residence location she stated that the holiday in. Property at this location did not give services of stay for people within a 23 mile radius of the property. I told here I was not aware of this and she insisted on saying she was not going to give me the room I booked. She sed I would get a full refund. She stated it was written and stated on the holiday inn property policy. Upon investigation there was nothing stating that in there policy. It was pure judgement and where I was from that she did not want to give us a room and denied our stay. And I will sure pass this situation I dealt with along with her photo and location to social media.

Liked: Juan was awesome! The restaurant was great. So thankful they had a room for us for a last minute booking!
Disliked: There is a woman that worked in the morning that was not very friendly at the front desk.
