Superb

Liked: Great location, hotel room had a double and single bed. Swimming pool was great and it was heated.
Disliked: The bathroom was the smallest bathroom I have ever used. Too small to the point you have to stand next to the toilet to close the door.

Exceptional

Liked: Whole experience sublime.Sorted some issues with our room booking, looked after me on my birthday, absolutely fantastic!

Disappointing

Liked: Location being close to M6 and some attractions, calm and quiet area
Disliked: This was nowhere close to 4 star standards- congested room and bath- pretty old building and layout- room service needed payment in person downstairs unless you put a 50-pound per day upfront credit- not convenient if travelling with luggage - hard to shower with pretty confined and half open cubicle - not many options for breakfast

Comfortable stay in a good...

Liked: The dinner was excellent, much better than expected! The menu was fairly limited and didn't match what was on the website but we were all very happy with what we got. The staff were very friendly. The bedroom was a good size and the bed was very comfy
Disliked: A lot of the lockers in the swimming pool were broken (doors came off the hinges when opened) and it needs a new paint job on the doors to the changing rooms.For ordering food in the restaurant you have to use a computer and we found it very frustrating to use. There were 3 of us with allergens to we had to ask for more of the machines. It was very frustrating and time consuming to use. Just bring a normal paper menu please. We had to use it even to just order a jug of water! The food was quick to come after finally ordering though

Family really enjoyed their stay...

Liked: Staff were lovely, all very helpful. Loved that there were games for children at the restaurant.
Disliked: Places needs a little tlc. Windows need cleaning in restaurant. Lockers fixed in pool. Toilets need fixing in restaurant.
