Liked: Front desk staff was great, however the restaurant staff were grumpy the first day. After that they were better.
Disliked: Restaurant breakfast was just ok

Great place to stay for...

Liked: The property was updated and well maintained. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. The ski shuttle made our access to the mountain easy and convenient. Billy the shuttle driver was great. Loved the hot tub after skiing.
Disliked: We did not receive housekeeping one of the 3 days we were there, and we’re not aware they only do it every other day. Would have appreciated having the trash emptied and getting fresh towels. Next time we will know to request.

Comfortable place to stay with...

Liked: The reception staff were so welcoming and the room was spacious and very comfortable. The gym was super clean and well appointed. I didn't use the hot tubs or pool but I'm sure they would have been fine too. There was a regular shuttle service up to the mountain with a lovely driver.
Disliked: I was surprised to find that the room wasn't made up everyday.
